Returns and complaints
RETURN PROCEDURE
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving any reason .
Returned goods cannot show any traces of use and should have original tags .
We do not accept returns of unwrapped CDs.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
We will refund the money to the account number provided in the return form no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.

The returned goods together with the completed return form and receipt should be sent to the following address :

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If the goods received from us are defective, have been damaged during transport, do not match the order or there is a product missing from the shipment , please contact us by e-mail at dawid@quequality.pl within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Please attach a card with your order number to the returned (claimed) goods . The customer bears the cost of return shipping , but we will refund it after the complaint has been accepted . Please choose the cheapest form of shipping .
The complained goods together with the receipt and information ( on a piece of paper ) containing the number

Please attach a card to each parcel with the order number and information whether it concerns a return, exchange or complaint.

In the title of the email , please also enter the order number and the keyword : return / exchange / complaint - this will facilitate faster identification of the case .
